Exterior Finish Plastering completed the exterior finishing scope for Bridgewater Park Assisted Living Facility in Ocala, Florida. Assisted living facilities require exterior systems that are durable, low-maintenance, and meet the specific fire and life safety code requirements applicable to occupancies of this type.
The project scope combined EIFS and conventional stucco systems across the building envelope, with proper detailing at all transitions, windows, balconies, and architectural features. Special attention was given to moisture management detailing given the building’s occupancy type and long-term maintenance requirements.
EFP completed the scope in coordination with the project GC, maintaining schedule through multiple phases of the building’s construction sequence.
