Exterior Finish Plastering completed the conventional stucco exterior for Bradford School in Starke, Florida. Public school construction demands exterior systems that are durable, low-maintenance, and compliant with Florida’s strict building code requirements for educational facilities.

The scope covered the full building envelope with a quality 3-coat stucco system, stucco accessories, control joints, and finish coat application. Fiber and bonding agent were incorporated into the stucco mix to minimize cracking — critical for a high-use facility that must maintain its appearance over decades of operation.

EFP maintained a safe job site throughout construction, adhering to all protocols required when working adjacent to an active educational environment.

Exterior Finish Plastering completed the EIFS exterior system for this Burger King location on State Road 200 in Ocala, Florida. Quick-service restaurant construction requires fast-turnaround execution with strict adherence to the brand’s national prototype exterior specifications.

The scope included full EIFS installation on the building facade, canopy band, and parapet elements characteristic of the Burger King prototype. All systems were installed to manufacturer specifications with proper detailing at drive-through openings, signage zones, and base flashings.

EFP completed this project on the compressed schedule typical of QSR construction, meeting the GC’s milestone dates and supporting an on-time restaurant opening.

Exterior Finish Plastering completed the EIFS exterior for Building G at Celebration Point in Gainesville, Florida, working with Huish Homes as the general contractor. This building is part of the Celebration Point mixed-use development — one of the most prominent commercial projects in the Gainesville market.

The EIFS scope included full building envelope coverage with drainable system configuration, architectural reveals and detailing per design drawings, and acrylic finish application consistent with the broader Celebration Point aesthetic standards. All work was executed by EFP’s certified EIFS applicators to manufacturer specifications.

Exterior Finish Plastering delivered the EIFS and stone veneer exterior package for City Place at Celebration Point, working under Viking Construction Co. as general contractor. Celebration Point is one of North Central Florida’s most significant mixed-use developments, located at the gateway to the University of Florida campus in Gainesville.

The project combined two exterior systems: EIFS across the primary building envelope for energy performance and design flexibility, and stone veneer accents at the base course and architectural feature areas to establish a premium, grounded aesthetic appropriate for the upscale mixed-use environment.

The scale and visibility of this project required EFP’s crew to maintain exceptionally high workmanship standards throughout. All systems were installed by certified applicators to manufacturer specifications, with proper integration between the EIFS and stone veneer at all transition zones.

Exterior Finish Plastering completed the EIFS exterior system for Regal Cinema at Celebration Point, the major mixed-use development anchored by the University of Florida in Gainesville. This project was executed in coordination with Richardson Drywall, Inc. as general contractor.

Cinema buildings present distinctive EIFS challenges — large, uninterrupted wall planes, bold architectural expression, prominent entry features, and signage integration zones all require precise execution. EFP delivered a complete EIFS envelope with manufacturer-compliant installation, proper control joint layout across large field areas, and architectural reveals per the design drawings.

Celebration Point is a landmark development in the Gainesville market, and the quality of the exterior finish reflects the standards expected of a destination entertainment and retail destination. EFP completed the scope on schedule to support the cinema’s opening.

Exterior Finish Plastering delivered the complete exterior finishing scope for The Royal Dalton House in Ocala, combining EIFS and stone veneer to create an upscale, distinctive exterior appropriate for this premium property.

The project featured EIFS coverage across the primary building walls with stone veneer accent elements at the base, entry features, and architectural transition zones. The combination of systems creates the layered, high-end aesthetic characteristic of upscale residential and senior living construction.

EFP’s certified crews executed both systems with precision, ensuring proper integration between EIFS and stone, clean reveals, and consistent finish quality throughout the project. The result is a polished exterior that reflects the quality of the community inside.

Exterior Finish Plastering completed the full EIFS exterior system for Paddock Ridge Memory Care Facility in Ocala, Florida. This project is one of the most extensively documented in EFP’s portfolio, with 10 project photographs capturing the installation process from substrate to finished exterior.

Memory care facilities require exterior systems that project a residential, calming aesthetic while meeting the structural and energy performance requirements of a commercial healthcare building. EIFS was the ideal choice — providing superior thermal performance, design flexibility for architectural detailing, and a durable, low-maintenance finish surface.

The scope included full EIFS envelope installation, architectural foam trim elements, reveals and banding, and acrylic finish application. All systems were installed by AWCI-certified EFP applicators to Dryvit specifications with full documentation for the owner’s closeout package.

The project was completed on schedule in support of the facility’s opening timeline.

Exterior Finish Plastering completed the conventional stucco exterior for Good Samaritan Society’s combined Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Ocala, Florida. Good Samaritan Society is one of the nation’s largest faith-based senior care organizations, and their facilities require exterior finishes that are both welcoming and built to last.

The scope covered the full building envelope with a quality 3-coat stucco system, stucco accessories, and finish coat application in the owner’s specified colors and texture. Work was performed in compliance with Florida building code and the specific requirements for this occupancy type.

EFP maintained a clean, safe job site throughout construction, meeting the standards expected on a healthcare and senior living project.

Exterior Finish Plastering delivered the complete exterior package for Sunflower Breezes, an assisted living facility in New Port Richey, Florida, working under McLauchlin & Co. as general contractor.

The project scope combined three exterior systems across this multi-building senior living community: conventional stucco on the primary wall surfaces, decorative stucco banding at floor lines and architectural transitions, and Hardie board siding on accent elements and gable features. Each system required careful coordination to ensure clean transitions and a unified exterior appearance.

Assisted living construction demands particular attention to quality and durability — residents and their families expect a well-maintained, attractive community. EFP met those standards, delivering consistent workmanship across all buildings within the project’s construction schedule.
