Exterior Finish Plastering completed the EIFS exterior system for this Chase Bank branch on US 41 Carmelita in Punta Gorda, Florida. Chase’s national prototype design requires precise execution of their signature exterior language — clean EIFS fields, consistent reveals, and exact color reproduction across all branches.
The scope covered full building envelope EIFS installation including all canopy and fascia elements, with architectural reveals and control joints per the prototype drawings. All assemblies were installed to Sto or Dryvit specifications with proper flashing and moisture management detailing throughout.
Bank construction requires particularly clean workmanship and documentation — EFP delivered both, passing the owner’s quality inspection and supporting an on-time branch opening.
