Exterior Finish Plastering completed the full conventional stucco scope for Hillside Center in Ocala, Florida. This commercial retail center required a durable, low-maintenance exterior finish suited to Florida’s weather conditions and the demands of a high-traffic commercial property.
The stucco system was applied over properly prepared substrate with all accessories — corner beads, casing beads, and control joints — installed per specifications. The finish coat was applied in the specified texture and color, delivering a consistent, professional appearance across the entire building envelope.
