Exterior Finish Plastering provided the conventional stucco exterior system for this multi-tenant retail center located along Ocala’s SW 200 commercial corridor.
The project involved a full 3-coat stucco system over metal lath and sheathing, with all stucco accessories including corner beads, casing beads, and control joints. Fiber and bonding agent were incorporated into the mix to minimize cracking and ensure long-term durability in Florida’s climate.
The finished surface delivers a clean, consistent texture across the entire retail facade, with color-matched finish coat selected to complement the center’s commercial aesthetic. Work was completed per Florida building code and local jurisdiction requirements.
