Exterior Finish Plastering delivered the complete exterior package for Sunflower Breezes, an assisted living facility in New Port Richey, Florida, working under McLauchlin & Co. as general contractor.
The project scope combined three exterior systems across this multi-building senior living community: conventional stucco on the primary wall surfaces, decorative stucco banding at floor lines and architectural transitions, and Hardie board siding on accent elements and gable features. Each system required careful coordination to ensure clean transitions and a unified exterior appearance.
Assisted living construction demands particular attention to quality and durability — residents and their families expect a well-maintained, attractive community. EFP met those standards, delivering consistent workmanship across all buildings within the project’s construction schedule.
