Exterior Finish Plastering completed the EIFS exterior for this Heartland Dental office location. Heartland Dental operates one of the largest networks of dental practices in the United States, and their facilities require consistent, professional exterior appearances that reflect the quality of care inside.

The scope included full EIFS installation with proper detailing at all openings and transitions, architectural reveals, and finish application in the specified brand colors. EFP’s certified applicators ensured the system met Heartland’s prototype requirements and Florida building code standards.

Exterior Finish Plastering delivered a comprehensive exterior package for Lake Eye Associates’ medical office facility in Wildwood, Florida, working under Lee Wood Construction as general contractor.

Medical office buildings require a polished, professional exterior that conveys quality and inspires patient confidence. This project combined three exterior systems to achieve that result: EIFS coverage across the primary building envelope, stone veneer accents at the base and entry features, and custom EPS foam architectural trim elements including cornices, surrounds, and reveals.

Each system required precise integration with the others — proper flashing between stone and EIFS, clean transitions at foam trim profiles, and consistent finish quality throughout. All work was installed to manufacturer specifications with full documentation for the owner’s closeout package.

The finished building presents a refined, welcoming exterior appropriate for a specialty medical practice.

Exterior Finish Plastering completed the EIFS exterior system for this Florida Credit Union branch location in Ocala. Credit union and bank construction requires consistent brand representation and high-quality finishes that project professionalism and trust.

The project scope included full EIFS installation with drainable system configuration, proper detailing at all windows, doors, and transitions, and acrylic finish in the specified color palette. Work was completed on schedule to support the branch’s opening timeline.

Exterior Finish Plastering completed the EIFS exterior system for this Chase Bank branch on US 41 Carmelita in Punta Gorda, Florida. Chase’s national prototype design requires precise execution of their signature exterior language — clean EIFS fields, consistent reveals, and exact color reproduction across all branches.

The scope covered full building envelope EIFS installation including all canopy and fascia elements, with architectural reveals and control joints per the prototype drawings. All assemblies were installed to Sto or Dryvit specifications with proper flashing and moisture management detailing throughout.

Bank construction requires particularly clean workmanship and documentation — EFP delivered both, passing the owner’s quality inspection and supporting an on-time branch opening.

Exterior Finish Plastering provided the complete EIFS exterior system for Gerber’s Ocala location, delivering a clean, weather-resistant building envelope that meets the demands of a commercial facility.

The scope included full EIFS system installation with drainable assembly configuration, moisture management detailing at all critical transitions, and acrylic finish application in the specified color and texture. All systems were installed by AWCI-certified applicators to manufacturer specifications.

Exterior Finish Plastering executed the exterior finishing scope for Timber Ridge Commons, delivering a combination of EIFS and conventional stucco systems tailored to the architectural design of this Ocala commercial development.

The project required careful coordination between the two system types — EIFS for select architectural elements and conventional stucco for the primary field areas — with clean transitions and consistent finish quality throughout. All work was completed to manufacturer specifications with appropriate substrate preparation, flashing integration, and finish application.

Exterior Finish Plastering completed the full conventional stucco scope for Hillside Center in Ocala, Florida. This commercial retail center required a durable, low-maintenance exterior finish suited to Florida’s weather conditions and the demands of a high-traffic commercial property.

The stucco system was applied over properly prepared substrate with all accessories — corner beads, casing beads, and control joints — installed per specifications. The finish coat was applied in the specified texture and color, delivering a consistent, professional appearance across the entire building envelope.

EFP’s crew coordinated with other trades to maintain schedule and minimize disruption to the center’s ongoing operations during construction.

Exterior Finish Plastering provided the conventional stucco exterior system for this multi-tenant retail center located along Ocala’s SW 200 commercial corridor.

The project involved a full 3-coat stucco system over metal lath and sheathing, with all stucco accessories including corner beads, casing beads, and control joints. Fiber and bonding agent were incorporated into the mix to minimize cracking and ensure long-term durability in Florida’s climate.

The finished surface delivers a clean, consistent texture across the entire retail facade, with color-matched finish coat selected to complement the center’s commercial aesthetic. Work was completed per Florida building code and local jurisdiction requirements.

Exterior Finish Plastering completed the EIFS exterior system for AutoZone store #5087 in Ocala, Florida. AutoZone’s national prototype specifications require precise execution of their signature exterior appearance — bold EIFS fascia elements, consistent color fields, and clean transitions at signage zones.

The scope included full EIFS application on the building facade, including the prominent parapet and canopy band areas characteristic of the AutoZone prototype. All systems were installed to Dryvit specifications with appropriate detailing at all penetrations, control joints, and base flashings.

Retail prototype projects like this require strict adherence to brand standards and close coordination with the owner’s construction management team to pass prototype compliance inspections.

This project involved a comprehensive EIFS and architectural foam exterior package for El Dorado Furniture’s large-format retail showroom in St. Petersburg, Florida, completed in coordination with Lee Drywall as general contractor.

El Dorado Furniture’s store locations are known for their distinctive, upscale exterior aesthetic. Exterior Finish Plastering executed extensive EIFS coverage across the building envelope along with custom EPS architectural foam trim elements — cornices, reveals, decorative banding, and entrance surround details — all wrapped with base coat, reinforcing mesh, and acrylic finish.

The project required precise execution of complex profiles and large-radius curves in foam trim, with tight color matching to the brand’s specifications. All foam trim elements were fabricated and installed with full weather barrier integration to ensure long-term performance.

Completed on schedule to support the store’s grand opening timeline.
