Exterior Finish Plastering completed the EIFS exterior system for this Avid Hotel property in Central Florida. Avid Hotels, an IHG brand, require clean, precise exterior finishes with consistent color and texture to meet brand standards.

The scope covered the complete building envelope using a drainable EIFS system, with architectural detailing at all transitions and openings. All work was executed in compliance with EIFS manufacturer specifications and Florida building code requirements.

The project demonstrated EFP’s ability to work within the tight schedules and documentation requirements typical of branded hotel construction.

Exterior Finish Plastering delivered the complete EIFS exterior envelope for this Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Ocala, Florida, working as a subcontractor under McLauchlin & Co.

The project required close coordination with the general contractor and ownership to meet Hilton’s brand standards for exterior appearance, finish texture, and color accuracy. All EIFS assemblies were installed to manufacturer specifications using certified systems, with proper moisture management detailing at all transitions, windows, and penetrations.

Scope included full building envelope EIFS coverage, drainable system installation, reveals and architectural banding, control joint placement per engineering drawings, and final acrylic finish in brand-specified colors.

The project was completed on schedule and within scope, meeting the quality and documentation requirements for a branded hotel property.
